Sullivan's Steakhouse

We went here to celebrate my birthday. The tables are a little snug, but the food was delicious. The food was not to be outdone by the service. Our server Ashley was knowledgeable, kind, and made sure that we were well taken care of giving us helpful tips to ensure we had a delicious meal. We enjoyed the Seafood Tower, the Tomahawk steak, and the French Onion Soup among other things. I would definitely recommend Sullivan's Steakhouse and look forward to going again. If so, we'd definitely request Ashley.

We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary. First time customers, too! It was the best dinner experience we’ve ever had. Rose pedals on the table, a long stem rose for me, and a card with Happy Anniversary on the table. Shelley was our waitress for the night and she was awesome! The drinks, the beef wellington, the filet, the ribeye, the brussel sprouts, and desserts were fabulous! We cannot wait to go back! Would’ve given more stars if I could’ve!!

I absolutely loved our meal and service at Sullivan's Steakhouse! We came for restaurant week and it was amazing. The meal included a starter, entree and dessert per person which was great for the price. Our waitress Shannon was excellent and very attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and our drinks were always full. Can't wait to go back!

Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Raleigh is a beautiful and upscale restaurant that delivers a truly memorable dining experience. The atmosphere feels polished and inviting, with a lively yet comfortable vibe. Valet parking made arriving easy and the staff was warm and welcoming from the start. Everything felt well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. I ordered the porter steak with a lobster tail and it was outstanding. The steak was perfectly cooked and the lobster was rich and flavorful. The bread served before the meal was also fresh and delicious. Seating near the bar was a bit chilly during my visit, but when seated closer to the kitchen area it was pleasantly warmer. While Sullivan’s is very expensive, the quality of the food, the attentive service, and the elegant setting make it worth the splurge. It is the kind of place that is perfect for celebrating a special occasion or enjoying an unforgettable night out. I would gladly return for another meal and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates excellent steak and seafood in a refined environment.

I celebrated my birthday here and our server was fantastic! The food of course was fantastic and the service was out of the world. Everyone that interacted with us was happy- meaning, they didn’t seem stressed. Steven our server was very nice and personable. I enjoyed his company.

My husband and I enjoyed our 15th anniversary celebration at Sullivan‘s. I had made a reservation online and noted that it was our 15th anniversary. We were very pleasantly surprised when we got to our table and there was a card with rose petals and a rose on it. Our server, Logan, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable of the menu, genuine, and overall a very kind individual. His recommendations from the menu were also great! At the end of our meal, he brought us a cheesecake on a plate saying happy anniversary. It made our celebration very special!

We began with appetizers: the deviled eggs with caviar were a standout—rich, creamy, and elevated with the salty pop of caviar. The tuna was fresh and delicately prepared, offering a light contrast to the decadent eggs. Even the bread and butter impressed, warm and crusty with a high-quality, whipped butter that melted on contact. For our entrees, the deep-fried lobster tails were indulgent and perfectly crisp on the outside while maintaining juicy tenderness within. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The king crab was sweet and generously portioned, making it a satisfying choice for seafood lovers. We paired our meal with several house martinis, which were well-balanced and strong, along with a few glasses of Moscato that added a sweet, refreshing note to the meal. Sullivan’s combines quality food with a smooth, classy vibe, making it ideal for a special night out or a sophisticated dinner with friends. Highly recommended for both steak and seafood lovers. Dress is business casual. There is metered parking or valet. There are several parking lots nearby and you can pay via their apps. They also have private dining rooms. You can reserve a table via their website too.

This was our first time dining here and it was a very good experience for us. Shannon our waitress was very attentive and wonderful! She helped us through the menu and ordering and we were thankful for that! Great ambience, music and atmosphere! Food came hot and accurate! Most importantly, it was mouthwatering goodness! Definitely coming back for more!
